New students will receive a registration package within 24 hours after applying online. Your registration package will include, your College of San Mateo student user ID, your unique G number and your student email address.
Continuing students are assigned registration dates by the district. Students are sent an email informing them of their registration date in late April for the fall semester and in late October for the spring semester.
New students must complete an in-person Student Orientation and Advising Workshop before they will be assigned a registration date. View the Student Orientation & Advising Workshop form for more information.
